Problem Statement-
The client needed high-quality workbenches and workstations for the assembly process of a new product they were preparing to launch. They had a strict timeline, requiring the setup to be delivered within four weeks. To ensure their specific needs were met, the client provided reference drawings along with additional requirements.
Solution
Based on the client’s operational requirements, we provided two tailored solutions:
- Assembly Workstations
The new air purifier, Waro C6, requires an assembly process that involves joining approximately 20-25 sub-components using basic hand tools (no pneumatic tools are needed). To support this process, we supplied four base workbenches. Each workbench is configured with:
- A link uprighter
- Pegboard
- Horizontal power rail
- Fixed tubelight with reflector
- Under-worktop hanging drawer
Additionally, the workstations are equipped with ESD accessories, including wrist straps and grounding blocks.
- Basic Assembly Tables
To further facilitate the assembly operations, we provided basic tables selected from our pre-configured range. These tables are also equipped with ESD accessories such as wrist straps and grounding blocks.
This comprehensive setup ensures that the assembly process for the Waro C6 is efficient, safe, and meets the client’s high-quality standards

Assembly Area
Workstation Configuration To optimize the assembly process of WARO-C6’s electronic and mechanical subcomponents, Furnisys provided workstations with the following enhancements:
- Standardized Workstation Dimensions: Instead of fully custom sizes, we provided a cost-effective 72″W x 36″D x 30″H workstation, ensuring rapid deployment.
- Optimized Accessories for Assembly Efficiency:
- Pegboard: Organized precision tools required for circuit assembly, including screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers, soldering irons, and multimeters.
- Light Reflector: Enhanced visibility for PCB soldering, wiring harness connections, and microcontroller calibration.
- Horizontal Power Rail (HPR): Ensured easy access to power for testing electronic submodules like power inverters, battery management systems, and airflow regulators.
- Hanging Drawers: Provided dedicated storage for small but critical components such as miniature pumps, connectors, fuses, and terminal blocks.
- Worktop Selection: A Postform Laminated worktop (PLW) was chosen for durability, ideal for handling lightweight electronic components and delicate circuit boards.
- ESD Protection: Integrated Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) accessories to protect PCBs, sensors, and microcontrollers from damage during handling and testing.

Workbench Configuration For the final assembly of WARO-C6, Furnisys provided workbenches optimized for major component integration:
- Standardized Workbench Dimensions: 60″W x 30″D x 30″H workbenches were deployed, balancing workspace efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Optimized for Component Integration & Structural Assembly:
- Designed to support large subassemblies such as the main housing, fan motors, and filtration units.
- Integrated end stops for stability when handling solar panels, battery packs, and aluminum frame structures.
- Worktop Selection: A PLW worktop was used, ensuring durability without unnecessary cost overhead from SS or HPL materials.
- ESD Protection: Included to ensure safe handling of digital sensors, fan motor controllers, and smart filtration elements.
- Scaling the Quantity: Originally requested as two workbenches, but based on workspace analysis, we recommended eight workbenches to improve workflow distribution across different assembly phases.
